Key Competencies Assessment (in french only)
Key Competencies Assessment is a standardized process, intended for people who require their competencies to be assessed in the following areas:
- Team work
- Communication
- Problems solving
- Organisation
- Information processing
- Supervising staff
As per standard requirements, 3 competencies may be validated, for which a Qualification Certificate is issued by the Geneva Authorities.

Process
Alternate individual interviews and group situation simulations. Situation simulations take place over two half days, with 4 people in a group.

Starting from CHF 750.- + VAT (subsidies may apply, depending on relevant taxation Canton)*
*This personal financing is complemented by a subsidy from the OFPC
Personality profile
Personality profile analysis is a way to identify strong points and areas of concern at work, so as to take a better stance in terms of choices and career.
It also provides managerial skills development support for people facing strategic, organisational or supervision responsibilities in their current or future professional activity.
