Through simulated situations, reproducing actual professional activities, the assessment provides an evaluation of employees’ competencies, assessed against the company’s requirements, whether for recruitment, promotion, or to define development plans. Upon completion of the process, a report is issued, offering valuable decision-making support.

Key Competencies Assessment (in french only)
The standardized Key Competencies assessment and recognition process offers a way to assess the employees’ mastery of the following skills, and to define development axes:
- Team work
- communication
- Problems solving
- Organisation
- Information processing
- Supervising staff
As per standard requirements, 3 competencies may be validated, for which a Qualification Certificate is issued by the Geneva Authorities.

3 personal interviews and two group situation simulations (groups of 4, half a day per session)

Personality profile
Personality profile analysis provides the employee with a way to identify strong points and areas of concern at work, so as to take a better stance for a position, and define development axes.
It also provides managerial skills analysis and development support for people facing strategic, organisational or supervision responsibilities in their current or future professional activity.
